Delivery

All postage rates are calculated by weight for the UK and are sent by the Royal Mail. All our products are printed to order in the UK are generally not held in stock. We aim to deliver your printed product within 5 days from date of order. If there is an issue with your order we will contact you via email with an expected delivery date. Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail.

Returns

We do accept goods back at Dog Mug on the basis that the goods have been unused and are in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean all items returned for a refund should be unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ask for a certificate of posting from the post office when returning items (these are free). We advise to send goods back via recorded delivery and to keep a copy of the receipt with tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for items missplaced in post by Royal Mail or any other courier. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for unwanted goods.

We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them or exchange them if requested. When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order Number and the reason for the return. *Please note that all orders must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Faulty Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty please email info@dogmug.co.uk and describe the fault along with your name and order number, we will then contact you to discuss a quick resolution.
